Information we may collect

We may use reputable service providers to host the website, deliver email, process payments, store business records or support project delivery. These may include Cloudflare and, where a payment is offered, Stripe. A provider receives only the information reasonably needed to perform its role and handles it under its own privacy terms.

This public site is designed to work without advertising cookies. Basic infrastructure logs may still be created for security, diagnostics and performance. If we introduce optional analytics or other cookie-based services, this notice will be updated and any consent required by law will be requested.
Disclosure and overseas processing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers, professional advisers, project collaborators you have agreed to, or authorities where legally required. Some service providers may process information outside Australia.
Security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information. No online system is completely secure. We retain information only while it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to maintain business and legal records, or to resolve a dispute, then delete or de-identify it where practical.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or ask a privacy question, by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you receive optional marketing from us, you can opt out at any time.
